Mohammed “Mo” Baloch is a U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corps veteran and has served at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) specializing in emerging technology, tech transfer and diversion. Mo also has counterintelligence experience from his time at the U.S. Department of Energy where he focused on nuclear non-proliferation. Mo has extensive foreign area familiarity from living and working abroad in Southwest Asia and the Middle East and is fluent in multiple foreign languages. His private sector experience includes leading the Global Threat Monitoring Team at Apple, serving as the Head of Global Intelligence for Amazon, and serving as an Intelligence Advisor for ExxonMobil. Mo currently heads the Geopolitical Risk team for American Airlines and is based in Fort Worth, Texas at the company’s headquarters.

Matthew is Chief Intelligence Officer and co-founder of Osprey Flight Solutions. He brings over 15 years of experience in aviation intelligence, including roles with MedAire and Control Risks. A former US Air Force Operations Intelligence Craftsman, he supported global combat missions and deployments. Matt holds advanced degrees in Intelligence and National Security Studies, specializing in aviation threat analysis.

Stanislav is Head of Risk at Osprey Flight Solutions, leading the development of risk management strategies for clients across commercial and government aviation sectors. He has held senior roles in safety, security, and crisis response at major airlines and aviation providers. In addition, he is pursuing PhD research focused on advancing aviation risk methodologies.
